I am the parent of an eligible child. Why did I not receive the Child LifeSG Credits?
The Child LifeSG Credits (CLC) of $500 is given to all families with young Singapore Citizen children aged 0-12 in 2025 and 2026. Please visit https://go.gov.sg/clc2026 for more information on the eligibility criteria.
The credits are disbursed to the eligible child’s Child Development Account (CDA) trustee in MSF’s records as of the eligibility assessment date. To check CDA trustee information, please access the “Family View service” (https://go.gov.sg/bbfamilyview) on Parent Portal Services.
To receive the credits, CDA trustees must have a Singpass eligible ID (i.e. NRIC or FIN). If you don't have a Singpass-eligible ID, the credits will be disbursed to the child's mother or father instead. You may want to check with your spouse or the child's parents if they have received the credits.
