I am a Child Development Account (CDA) trustee. Why didn't I receive the Child LifeSG Credits?
The one-off Child LifeSG Credits (CLC) of $500 is given to all families with young Singapore Citizen children aged 0-12 in 2025, regardless of birth order. Please visit the CLC page on the SupportGoWhere website at https://go.gov.sg/clc2025 for more information on the eligibility criteria.
The credits are disbursed to the eligible child’s CDA trustee in MSF’s records as of the eligibility assessment date. To check CDA trustee information, use “Family View service” (https://go.gov.sg/bbfamilyview) on Parent Portal Services.
To receive the credits, CDA trustees must have a Singpass eligible ID (i.e. NRIC or FIN). If you don't have a Singpass-eligible ID, the credits will be disbursed to the child's mother or father instead. You may want to check with your spouse or the child's parents if they have received the credits.
