I am unable to find the Student Care Centre (SCC) in the drop-down list when applying for Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA).

Therefore, applicant is unable to apply for SCFA and should only submit the application via SupportGoWhere once the SCC has been listed in the drop-down list. You will have to indicate the correct SCC for the application to be processed.
