What are the training requirements under the new Act?
The compulsory training requirements have been shared with operators during the COP engagements in Aug-Sep 24. These comprise of 3 existing requirements (first aid, fire safety, food hygiene) and 5 additional new requirements (suicide intervention, management of violence, restraint use, fall risk and management of abuse).
