What will happen if a SRH operator is required but unable to pay a fine? This is especially since SRHs run a non-profit service.
In such instances, the Court has the discretion to allow the fine to be paid in instalments. Alternatively, the Court may also provide a deadline extension for the payment of fines. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
