What does the Code of Practice (COP) cover? As a new SRH operator, will there be opportunities to provide feedback on the COP?

Updated by MSF

The Code of Practice (COP) sets out the requirements that SRHs must meet to ensure the safety and well-being of residents. The COP covers five domains: (i) management of the SRH, (ii) physical management of premises and facilities, (iii) case management (iv) resident management and (v) incident management.

The COP was developed in consultation with SRHs, and MSF will continue to partner SRHs to refine future editions of the COP, so that the requirements remain practical, relevant, and responsive to on-the-ground needs.
