When SRHA comes into force, what levers will MSF have in cases where the Home has been found to have (severe) financial mismanagement, e.g. donations raised by the SRH were used for non-charitable purposes?

Under the SRHA, SRHs are expected to fulfil regulatory requirements pertaining to good governance (including financial management). This is to enable continuity of operations and care for residents. Depending on the severity of the financial mismanagement, MSF may either pursue regulatory actions (e.g. revocation of licence, suspension of approval), or pursue criminal penalties (i.e. imprisonment and fines).
