Has the Code of Practice (COP) been finalised? Will SRHs have further opportunities to comment on the COP?
MSF has engaged the SRHs on the draft Code of Practice (COP) requirements, and is reviewing the feedback before finalising the COP. MSF will continue to consult the sector on the regulatory requirements under the SRHB in 2H 2025, when we develop the Subsidiary Legislation in tandem with the COP. The final version of the COP will be issued closer to the implementation date of the SRHB in 2026.
