Please submit your claim as a Self-Employed Person.

If you are submitting for claim for payment under the Benefit Schemes (i.e. Government-Paid Maternity Benefit (GPMB), Government-Paid Paternity Benefit (GPPB), Government-Paid Adoption Benefit (GPAB), Shared Parental Leave Benefit (SPB)), you should include the CPF contribution made by platform operators under your income details earned as a platform worker.
