Singapore has several initiatives to support active fathering:


• Centre for Fathering’s 'Back to School with Dads' programme, partnering with schools to encourage fathers' involvement in their children's education

• The Great Companies for Dads Awards by Centre for Fathering, recognising organisations that enable fathers to thrive at work and home

• Enhanced Government-Paid Paternity Leave introduced in 2024

• Additional 10 weeks of shared parental leave announced by PM Wong at National Day Rally 2024
