What are the accommodation options for persons with disabilities enrolled in the Enabled Living Programme (ELP) or Home Support Programme (HSP)?

For PwDs with no or low family support who are not able to live alone and are eligible for public rental housing, they can be matched to live in the dedicated cluster of HDB public rental flats under the ELP model.  PwDs living in their own homes alone or with their families can be supported under the HSP.
