I am having trouble paying with my credits at a specific merchant. What can I do?
If you have issues paying with your credits using the LifeSG mobile app, please ensure that you have updated the app to the latest version available on the Google Play Store or iOS App Store. If that does not solve the issue, you may contact helpdesk@life.gov.sg for help on technical issues with the LifeSG application.
Do also take note that there are instances where some merchants (e.g. investment firms, wallet top-ups) are excluded from receiving transfers from GovWallet as payments coming in from a 3rd party bank account cannot be accepted.
