I have received notifications that the credits have been deposited in my digital wallet but I am unable to see them. What can I do?
If you have issues viewing your credits using the LifeSG mobile app, please ensure that you have updated the app to the latest version available on the Google Play Store or iOS App Store. If that does not solve the issue, you may contact helpdesk@life.gov.sg for help on technical issues with the LifeSG application.
