Why do I get 'Invalid QR' when I scan a payment QR?
You get a pop-up error that reads 'Invalid QR' when you have scanned a payment QR not supported by LifeSG. There are also instances where some merchants (e.g. investment firms, wallet top-ups) are excluded from receiving transfers from GovWallet as payments coming in from a 3rd party bank account cannot be accepted.
