Why do I get “Invalid QR” when I scan a payment QR?

You get a pop-up error that reads ‘Invalid QR’ when you have scanned a payment QR not supported by LifeSG. There are also instances where some merchants (e.g. investment firms, wallet top-ups) do not accept transfers/payments from 3rd party bank accounts.
