What happens if I am assessed to no longer be eligible for the increased Child Development Account First Step Grant?
If a child is originally assessed eligible for the higher quantum of Child Development Account (CDA) First Step Grant (FSG) but later becomes ineligible (e.g. re-ordered to Birth Order 1 or 2 in the Baby Bonus system), the over-disbursement of the CDA FSG as well as the Large Family MediSave Grant will be recovered by MSF as applicable. MSF reserves the right to make the final decision in respect of an individual's eligibility to receive benefits under the Scheme.
