Who is eligible for the increased Child Development Account First Step Grant?

Currently, all Singapore Citizen children receive a $5,000 Child Development Account (CDA) First Step Grant (FSG) under the Baby Bonus Scheme. Children of 3rd or subsequent birth order born on or after 18 February 2025 will receive an additional CDA FSG of $5,000 under the Large Families Scheme, bringing the total CDA FSG to $10,000.
