What is the difference between the Child Development Account First Step Grant given by the Large Families Scheme and the Baby Bonus Scheme?

Currently, all Singapore Citizen (SC) children receive a $5,000 CDA FSG under the Baby Bonus Scheme. Children of 3rd or subsequent birth order born on or after 18 February 2025 will receive an additional CDA FSG of $5,000 under the Large Families Scheme, bringing the total CDA FSG to $10,000.
