How do I retrieve a copy of my LPA with clear digital signatures?

After your LPA is registered, you may send a copy of the LPA to yourself via the ‘Send’ function in our OPG Online portal for a high resolution copy of the form. The LPA will be password-protected and sent to you via email. You may refer to Page 6 of this guide for steps on how to send the LPA.
