I have misplaced my hardcopy LPA. How do I obtain a copy?

If you are a Donor or Donee of the LPA, you may access and retrieve the electronic copy of your LPA from your OPGO Overview page anytime.

For Donors : Login via Singpass and click ‘LPA No.’ on your Overview page

For Donees : Login via Singpass and click ‘View LPA’ on your Overview page

You may print it to keep a physical copy for your own reference but this copy may not be used for transactions.

You may refer to the [OPGO Quick Reference Guides (QRGs)] for step-by-step guidance on how to view your LPA.
