What documents are required in support of the Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA) application?
Please submit the following documents applicable to you. Documents marked with asterisk are mandatory:
Omnibus Consent for all household members* (if not previously provided)
Latest 3 months payslips if you do not have CPF contributions or Notice of Assessment from Inland Revenue Authorities of Singapore (IRAS)*
Proof of Job Search with your name on the document (if you are currently unemployed and looking for work)
Divorce with Care and Control Documents (if applicable)
Medical memo if you are not working due to medical condition
