Can a foreigner child qualify for Student Care Fee Assistance Subsidy (SCFA)?
No. To qualify for SCFA subsidy, the child must be a Singapore Citizen; or if she/he is a Singapore Permanent Resident, there must at least be one immediate family member who is a Singapore Citizen.
