How can I apply for a Personal Protection Order?

Updated by MSF

You can file a protection order application in person at any Protection Specialist Centres (PSCs) or at the Family Protection Centre (FPC) within the Family Justice Courts.

Alternatively, you may submit your application and documents online via the Family Justice Courts’ Integrated Family Application Management System before visiting the PSC or FPC to complete your application.

If you are below 18 years old and were never married, a relative, guardian, social worker or person responsible for your care can apply for a Personal Protection Order on your behalf.

More information on the application procedure can be found on the Family Justice Courts' website.
