What is the cost of an outgoing application?

Updated by MSF

Most Central Authorities in the foreign jurisdictions do not charge for any work that they do. However, some countries may require an applicant to pay all or part of the cost of legal representation. The applicant should also be prepared to pay costs such as travel expenses for his or her child's return and/or if the applicant is required to be present during the proceedings in the foreign country.
