Why can’t I view my LPA after logging in to OPGO with my Singpass? I have applied for my LPA using my FIN/Passport No. then.
As your LPA is tagged to your FIN/Passport No., it is not reflected in your OPGO dashboard when you log in with Singpass using your new identification type. Please be assured that your LPA remains validly registered.
You may seek the assistance of your Donee who is able to access OPGO via Singpass to download and share a copy of your LPA with you. Steps on how to download an LPA can be found on page 5 of this [guide].
Now that you have Singpass, you may log in to OPGO with your Singpass to apply for a CTC, at a fee of $30. Alternatively, you may authorise a representative with Singpass to submit a CTC application on your behalf e.g. a law firm representative. Once the application is approved, we will mail the CTC to the address you have indicated in your CTC application. Steps to apply for a CTC can be found on pages 11 – 14 of this [guide].
