You may ask your Donor to apply for the CTC of their LPA via OPGO, at a fee of $30. Alternatively, you may authorise a representative with Singpass to submit a CTC application on your behalf e.g. a law firm representative. Once the application is approved, we will mail the CTC to the address you have indicated in your CTC application. Steps to apply for a CTC can be found on pages 11 – 14 of this [guide].
