Updated by MSF The downloaded copy of an LPA carries a watermark as it is only for viewing and not to be used for transactions. The watermark does not affect the validity of the LPA.
If the Donee would like to transact with third parties using the LPA, they are to share the Donor’s electronic registered LPA via the ‘Send LPA’ function in OPGO. The LPA will be sent to the agencies through a password protected email. Contact us
