The LPA that I have received from OPG through email is a one-page summary. How do I access the LPA?

The one-page summary is the LPA’s registration page, showing the LPA registration date and registration number(s).

To view the full LPA, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open the LPA with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Step 2: Click on the paper clip icon located on the left panel. This opens up a tab called ‘Attachments’.

Step 3: Double click the attachment named LPAForm_Certified_XXXXX.pdf to view your full LPA.
