What recourse is there for parents who were wrongfully dismissed, resulting in a deprivation of his/her leave entitlements?
Female employees who have worked for the company for at least 3 months and were dismissed without sufficient cause while pregnant can file a claim with the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM).
