Can I attend other marriage preparation programmes of my choice, e.g. church-based ones?
You may attend other marriage preparation programmes. However, if you are required to complete the MSF programmes for your Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) application, ICA will accept only the certificates of completion of the MSF programmes listed on www.msf.gov.sg/transnationalmpp.
The marriage preparation programmes recommended by MSF have been specially tailored to meet the needs of transnational couples and are fully subsidised.
