I have attended a marriage preparation programme with my previous spouse. Do I still need to attend the Marriage Preparation Programme (MPrep)?

You are highly encouraged to attend the Marriage Preparation/Support programme with your current partner/spouse.

The programme which is offered by MSF's appointed agencies is designed to meet the needs of transnational couples and is fully subsidised. If necessary, couples will also be referred to other agencies for additional support.

If you are applying for a Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP), you may be required to complete the programme before the expiry of your In-Principle Approval (IPA) and to upload the certificate of completion onto ICA’s e-Service portal.  If you do not complete the programmes before the expiry of the IPA, your Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) application will be considered withdrawn. You will need to submit a fresh LTVP application if you wish to be considered for an LTVP again.

For registration and more information on the Marriage Preparation/Support Programme, please contact any of the agencies listed below.
