a)          Both parents should each be working at least 56 hours/month;

b)          The total monthly gross household income is ≤$4,500 for a household of 4 family members or less, or monthly per capita income is ≤$1,125 for a household of 5 family members or more;

c)          Child aged 7 to 14 years old (attending Primary 1 to Secondary 2) in the year of application/ renewal.

d)          Child is attending a Student Care Centre registered with MSF and

e)          Child is a Singapore Citizen, or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) with at least one immediate family member Singapore Citizen in the same household.
