For newborn children, you can apply for the Baby Bonus Scheme at the same time with the birth registration of your child on LifeSG, as part of a bundled service at https://www.life.gov.sg/services/birth-registration.

If your child has already registered birth or obtained Singapore Citizenship, you can enrol your child for the Baby Bonus Scheme at https://www.life.gov.sg/services/baby-bonus.

Supporting documents may be required if

• you are a foreign and your identification number has changed e.g. passport biodata page, or front and back of Malaysian identification card

• your name has changed e.g. deed poll

• your marriage is registered overseas e.g. original marriage certificate and endorsement of overseas marriage certificate by relevant authority

• your child is adopted overseas e.g Adoption Order and Schedule

• the supporting document is not in English e.g. official translation
