I encountered an error when I tried to log in to Baby Bonus Parent Portal Services or Approved Institution Portal. What should I do?
Baby Bonus Parent Portal Services and Approved Institution Portal may be under maintenance on 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month, from 10pm to 1am (next day).
Please clear the cache of your browser and try to access Parent Portal Services again.

Date and time when you encountered problems;
The operating system you are using
The browser type and version number
The name of the Internet Service Provider (ISP) (e.g. Starhub, Singtel, etc.)
