The monies in the CDA may only be used to pay for the following uses either for the benefit of the child or his sibling at the Baby Bonus Approved Institutions (AIs). You can search for an AI here.

With effect from 1 May 2025, CDA funds can be used for incidental charges incurred at Childcare Centres and Kindergartens that are Baby Bonus Approved Institutions (AIs), for educational and developmental charges.

You may refer to the list of approved incidental charges in the table* below which can be paid through CDA for the various education institutions, before 1 May 2025.

For Early Intervention Programme registered with ECDA, children up to 6 years can use the CDA to pay for basic fees and approved indirect education expenses.

*Note: The table will be updated from 1 May 2025 to reflect the expansion of CDA usage to cover all incidental charges in Baby Bonus Approved Childcare Centres and Kindergartens.
