Schools will publish the Invitation to Quote or Invitation to Tender electronically through on the centralised Government procurement portal (i.e. GeBIZ). The Student Care Centre (SCC) service provider for schools co-located with MOE Kindergartens (MKs) will also be required to provide KCare services*.
