Can my Student Care Centre (SCC) enrol K2 students during November / December school holidays?

For Student Care Centres (SCCs) that administer Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA), the SCC is required to email MSF_Student_Care@msf.gov.sg for approval. The SCC has to ensure that there is sufficient teacher supervision, and the staff-child ratio is kept within the stipulated staff-child ratio of 1:25.
