How do I de-register my Student Care Centre (SCC) as an administrator of Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA)?

If you wish to de-register your Student Care Centre (SCC) as a Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA) Administrator, you are required to provide at least 3 months' advance written notice to the Ministry of Family and Social Development (MSF) and parents of children who are SCFA beneficiaries. Where applicable, the SCC needs to refund all excess payments to MSF.


To inform MSF of these changes in the SCC, please email us at MSF_Student_Care@msf.gov.sg.
