Do I need to inform MSF if my Student Care Centre (SCC) revises its fees?
Yes. MSF provides guidelines for Student Care Centres (SCC) that administer the Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA) to ensure that fee revisions are carried out in a transparent manner. SCCs are required to:
provide at least 3 months’ advance notice to MSF and parents;
explain to parents the reason for the revision; and
assist parents with queries arising to the fee revision.
For school-based SCCs, any fee revision must be in accordance with contract provisions. Operators may contact the relevant school representatives for further information.
