As a Student Care Centre (SCC) that administers Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA), when do I need to make refunds to MSF?
A Student Care Centre (SCC) that administers Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA) needs to make refunds to MSF when:
a) A child withdraws from the SCC but the SCFA subsidies have been disbursed for the month(s) where the child is no longer enrolled in the SCC.
b) A child did not fulfil an attendance of at least 30% in the months of June and December and 50% in the other months based on the total number of days in which the SCC operates in that month.
(c) The SCC received duplicate/over-payments due to unforeseen circumstances.
The SCC should make refunds via electronic means (e.g. GIRO or Inter-Bank Transfer) to MSF’s bank account. For enquiries related to refunds, please email MSF_Comcare_SCFA@msf.gov.sg.
