If your foreign workers wish to apply for Self-Exclusion from the Jackpot Machine Rooms/Singapore Pools Online Betting (whichever is applicable) and you do not have a CorpPass, you may advise them to apply for the Self-Exclusion with their SingPass by logging in to National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG)’s e-Services via the NCPG website.

If they have Singpass but require assistance with online application, they may contact NCPG at 6354 8154, or approach the ServiceSG centres at the following locations:

Please note that their Jackpot Machine Room Self-Exclusion and Singapore Pools Remote Betting Self-Exclusion takes effect immediately upon submission.
