You can only apply for a Family Exclusion Order for your immediate family members, including your adopted and stepfamilies.  
 
You must provide a Singapore mailing address and a Singapore contact number and remain contactable for 2 to 4 weeks from the date of application.  
 
The applicant or respondent must hold a relevant pass such as work permit, S-Pass, Short-term visit pass, Long-term visit pass, or Student pass in Singapore (applicable to foreigners only).
