How do I submit a Family Referee Form?

If you have been indicated as a Family Referee for your family member, please log in to the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) website (www.ncpg.org.sg) with your Singpass to submit the family referee form. You will be required to submit your views on your family member’s casino visits.  

 

After logging in, click on “Application” to view the dropdown options. Under “Third Party”, click on “Family Referee Form”.
