How do I apply to appeal to my Third-Party Visit Limit or Exclusion Order?

If you wish to appeal to the Third-Party Visit Limit or Exclusion Order, you may do so via NCPG eServices Portal at www.ivems.ncpg.org.sg using your Singpass within 30 days of the Order in-force date. 
 

Please get ready the following documents to upload during the application: 

  • Latest IRAS Notice of Assessment/Pay Slips for the past 3 months 

  • Bank Statements for the past 3 months 

  • Latest CPF Contribution History 

  • Any other financial documents (e.g., SGX investments, ACRA registration of business) 

 

You will receive instructions to retrieve your Credit Bureau Singapore Report and Personal Bureau Individual Credit Report after you have submitted your application.  

 

Please ensure that the documents uploaded are in JPEG, JPG, PNG or PDF format and not exceeding 5 MB each. 

 
The NCPG Council will assess your appeal application and the outcome will be couriered to you once a decision has been made. Do note that the appeal process takes up to 4 months from the date of application.
