I am recently self-employed and have no relevant Notice of Assessment (NOA) from IRAS yet. How do I submit a claim under the Government-Paid Leave Schemes?
Please submit a claim via the Government-Paid Leave (GPL) portal. If rejected, submit a request to us here for further assessment.
For self-employed persons (SEP) where a Notice of Assessment (NOA) is unavailable, the Self-Employed Reimbursement Board (SERB) will assess claims under the Child Development Co-savings (Leave and Benefits) Regulations (CDCR).
Required documents for SEP claims include proof of income (e.g., bank statements, invoices, profit-loss statements, payslips or CPF statements).
Supporting documents required will depend on individual case details.
