Does the Government plan to reimburse progressive employers who are prepared to grant the additional two weeks of Government-Paid Paternity Leave (GPPL) ahead of 1 Jan 2024?
As discussed with the Tripartite Partners, the eligibility for the additional two weeks of GPPL, and therefore Government reimbursement, will apply to fathers with babies born from 1 Jan 2024, to give all employers sufficient lead time to make adjustments.
