Eligible parents whose children are aged under 2 as of 1 Jan 2024 and whose first and second relevant periods have not ended as of 1 Jan 2024 will be eligible for the additional UICL. A relevant period refers to a calendar year, or any 12-month period mutually agreed upon between employer and employee. The eligibility criteria for UICL can be found here.
