Unauthorised BCSS course certificates or safety passes
Do I need to send my worker to attend Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) just to cover the 3 or 6 months period until the work permit expires?
If my worker is not in the construction industry and the BCSS was only taken for upgrading purposes, does my worker still need to attend CSOC?
My worker has gone home to his country and will only return X months later. Meanwhile, I have cancelled his work permit and will reapply for the worker again before he returns to Singapore. How will this affect my worker?
