What are the different categories for workers who possess false BCSS certifications?

Group 1Workers who have renewed or going to renew their work permits using the false BCSS certifications during the period from 1 October 2015 to 30 June 2017 and they have no CSOC or other valid and legitimate BCSS certifications from other ATPs.
Group 1SWorkers whose work permits will be expiring during the period from 1 July 2017 to 30 September 2017 and they have no CSOC or other valid and legitimate BCSS certifications from other ATPs.
Group 1SSWorkers whose work permits will be expiring from 1 October 2017 onwards. They have no CSOC or other valid and legitimate BCSS certifications from other ATPs.
Group 2Workers who have not used the false BCSS certification to renew their work permits. They would already have CSOC and or other valid and legitimate BCSS certifications from other ATPs.
