What are the penalties for failing to report a work-related accident, Dangerous Occurrence or Occupational Disease under the Workplace Safety and Health (Incident Reporting) Regulations?

Any employer who fails to make an incident report may be fined up to $10,000 for a first offence. For repeated offence, the penalty will be up to $20,000 or 6 months' jail, or both.
