We will assess each case on its merits. If an employment agency (EA) fails to submit documents on time, we may deem the licence to be expired, and the EA will have to submit a new application. In cases where an EA submits its renewal application within 1 month after the licence has expired, it would have to pay an additional $100 late renewal fee.

Please note that if your EA is eligible to renew its licence, we will email the renewal notification about 2 months before expiry to allow enough time for you to submit the necessary documents.
